Are pets allowed?
Yes, there are restrictions on certain aggressive breeds that are not permitted. A non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 per pet maximum of 2 pets) is due along with your security deposit. Additionally, a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet applies. Please be sure to include your pet(s) on your application.

What are the rental application qualifications?
All adults 18 years and older will need to apply and provide a valid ID. The combined gross income for all applicants must equal 2.5x the rent. Proof of income will need to be provided. No applicant can have a felony conviction charge or eviction in the last 4 years from application date. Security deposit will be based on credit score with 550 minimum score required.
